Every set of extensions is completely bespoke. We specialise exclusively in nano bonds and ultra-fine wefts, chosen for their discreet finish, comfort, and ability to create seamless, natural-looking results.

A key part of this process is precise colour matching. Your extensions are expertly matched to your natural hair to ensure a flawless, seamless finish — whether that’s a soft, dimensional blend or a brighter, multi-tonal result.

Once you’re happy to move forward, a 50% deposit secures your appointment. Your hair is then ordered and prepared specifically for you.

Step 3 – Your Installation Day

This is where everything comes together.

Your extensions are prepared in advance, allowing for a smooth, efficient appointment without unnecessary time in the chair.

Before attending, we ask that your hair is freshly washed, fully dry, and free from conditioner or products at the root area to ensure the best possible hold.

On the day, you can relax while we carefully install your extensions with precision and attention to detail.

Depending on your chosen transformation, your appointment will typically take 2–4 hours.

Once complete, your hair will be professionally cut and styled to ensure a flawless, natural finish — so you leave feeling confident, elevated, and completely transformed.



Step 4 – Aftercare & Ongoing Support

Beautiful hair is an investment — and we’re here to help you protect it.

You’ll receive personalised aftercare advice tailored to your specific method, along with guidance on how to maintain both your natural hair and your extensions at home.

To maintain the quality, longevity, and seamless finish of your extensions, using professional aftercare products is essential. We recommend the Eleven Australia range, carefully chosen to support both your natural hair and your extensions.

We are always available should you need further support or advice between appointments.

Step 5 – Maintenance & Refitting

Maintenance is essential to keep your extensions looking seamless and your natural hair healthy.

Refit appointments are typically required every 6–10 weeks, depending on your natural hair growth and chosen method.

Regular maintenance ensures longevity, comfort, and that polished, luxury finish you expect.

We are also happy to maintain extensions fitted elsewhere, subject to consultation.
